Celina, FUDGE!

So I have been making Fudge for my brothers for as long as I can remember so when somebody told me that Fudge was hard to make I was shocked! I mean the recipe that I have is so easy. I just use the recipe on the back of the Marshmallow creme jar. SOOO EASY! Well here it is

Line an 8-by-8-inch pan with wax paper; set aside. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine 1-7 ounce can of marshmallow cream, 1 and a 1/2 cup sugar, 2/3 cups evaporated milk, 1/4 cup BUTTER and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Bring to a full boil and let it boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until thick.
Remove from heat and add 3 cups milk chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
poor the mixture into the pan. Allow it to sit for several hours to become firm. cut. and ENJOY!!!

Love this recipe! You have to try it!

Celina, Yeah, Yeah

Ok So I haven't posted in a while and I would love to change that! SOOOO I now have to think of something to post about.
Ok so first a random fact!! More than ten people a year are killed by vending machines. I Say NO MORE VENDING MACHINES! less people would die it would be an all over healthier place! :) :) :).
Next a Christmas candy idea-
Take a waffle pretzel you can get them at like walmart :) and then put a chocolate kiss on top of it and stick it in the oven until the kiss is a melted but it is still holding its shape. Then take and M&M (Christmas colors are neat) and stick it on top of the kiss. It's as easy as that! We have made those for FOREVER we just make a whole pan full and it is fun cause you can do it with younger kids too!
Next a praise-
Buddy-Boy SOLD! a sweet lady is taking him around Christmas time. She renamed him Duncan so I will have to get used to calling him that :)
Next a prayer-
I would love it if you guys would pray that I would learn to get my school done in a timely manner and not procrastinate
Next a book series-
Hollywood Nobody by Lisa Samson. I think that this is my favorite book series I just finished reading them for the second time and they are the kinda books that even the second time that I read them I am like WOW these are GOOD books they are funny and they are different and they have parts that made me cry (even the second time that I have read them)
Next a thought- What would happen if all of God's people CARED!?!?! and actually did something about the sadness and sin in the world!?!?!?!?
Next a word- Love an amazing thing! It is what I feel for all of you girls!

Jessie~request

Hey gals,
first I want to apologize for not being on here in like...forever, but for right now I'd like to ask you all to pray for my brother. He's in a really tough situation right now struggling with school...and...everything else!! He really needs prayers right now for strength to get through these hard times.

Thank you!!

Lydia, Babysitting Antics 2

Well, nothing funny to report today. When I got there they were watching 102 Dalmatians.  Miss Christina wasn't feeling well. I help two little girls with their pants. (They had them on backwards). Miss Christina was telling one little girl that she had been good today and so she poked out her chin and gave a happy smile. It was a pretty quiet day. Another day in the week we painted nails. Rebekah Harless painted mine a pretty blue. The little girls would not keep still long enough to let theirs dry though. A game frequently played is called "Freeze Dance". Miss C. will turn on music and the children will dance. She will pause the music and say, "Freeze!" The children will then have to freeze in their spots. They all think it is very fun. I especially like to watch Sam Harless dance. He really gets into it :). I think that is all I have for today!

Lydia, Puppy sitting-and dog sitting!

I am baby or puppy sitting Elizabeth and her three adorable puppies! All has been going well. My mom and I took them out of there cage today and played with them and let them walk around. We also cuddled them and held them. Of course you can't forget Elizabeth though. As a friend of mine interpreted for her, "I birthed the kids and you treat me like chopsuie!" or something of the sort. She is a great mother and is very happy, lovable dog. She has been eating well and seems to be at home in our shed. Elizabeth dearly misses her family though and want to back with her "mommy" :).  It has been a joy to watch her and her three darlings!
